They sold me a stale, hard cookie. I went back at a later date and I got a rude weirdo that had 0 remorse and offered to sell me another one. I am not going to pay for another cookie, when I already overpaid for the first one. I thought they would try and keep me as a customer. I would suggest no one else go here. The cookies are great, the staff was courteous, there is no consistent way to make a line and it led to people cutting in some irritation when it was busy, but that wasn’t the people behind the counter‘s fault. cookies are delicious.
Implemented new policy refusing veteran tax exemption at point of sale with new a procedure requiring mailing in a request for an Insomnia "account". No other business I've used has such a veteran unfriendly process.
Order didn’t arrive. Wasn’t refunded!!!
