Today, Saturday, July 11, I approached this place looking for some very recommended biscuit ice cream. I ran into a person attended the afternoon shift at 13:20 pm. It is incredible that the person did not even greet, nor did they answer our greeting, did not intend to attend us or even ask what we wanted to order, so bad was the attention and experience that approached the ice cream showcase and did not even come back to see us. Rude employee, never coming back
Cookie from Insomnia - Reality vs Expectation Overpriced for a low quality product, extremely long waits during peak hours. I contacted customer service about this travesty of a cookie and they offered a refund for 1 cookie, pretty weak. They need to do more to retain customers after multiple dissapointing visits.
