Cookie from Insomnia - Reality vs Expectation Overpriced for a low quality product, extremely long waits during peak hours. I contacted customer service about this travesty of a cookie and they offered a refund for 1 cookie, pretty weak. They need to do more to retain customers after multiple dissapointing visits.
The employee was very bad. Having customers waiting in queue. He was just speaking personal call over phone holding it in one hand and working it another. Very unhygienic, working with bare hands. Packing cookies with bare hands and holding phone with same and making cookies from freezer same way with no gloves on. He don’t even bother to take customers. Disappointing. Pity the owner to have this kind of employee.
Overpriced tiny cookies, smaller everyday and taste bad
Stopped by on my walk home and got one cookie. It was good (and warm!). The employee was friendly. Not sure what else you can expect from a cookie place, but I'd stop by again.
