Stopped by on my walk home and got one cookie. It was good (and warm!). The employee was friendly. Not sure what else you can expect from a cookie place, but I'd stop by again.

Great service, but the company itself is absolutely disappointing when it comes to their "vegan" selection. It's the same 4 flavors over for the last fourish years, and I've never seen any vegan icecream options. I think they may have had vegan red velvet cookies once, but they constantly provide new flavors and never translate them over to their vegan options. Again, employees/service are always A++++, company itself is lazy virtue signaling at best and needs to put in some effort for its vegan options.
Super slow customer service. I waited for 20 minutes. Order not ready I left store. The worker is super slow. Owner should hire good worker
wow this is unreal how slow can someone work behind the counter on a saturday night UNREAL. Now we are sitting down back there wtfffffff 2 guys walking in a circle they don’t even look at the customers in line just working on the online orders
