Had pickup order, was told it was going to be “5 more minutes” 3 separate times over a span of 20 minutes. Only to be told they no longer had our specific cookies and it would be another 10-15 minutes for different cookies. All the while, other customers that just placed orders received their cookies.
Great store and customer service
placed an order for the wrong time slot. tanisha was so helpful and on top of it, it was rectified instantly. excellent customer service!! ^.^
