I don’t usually leave reviews, but the experience at the counter was awful. The staff member was rude, seemed annoyed by our questions, and even rolled her eyes when we said our order was to-go. There was no need for that kind of attitude. For this, I won’t be returning.
Steven was awesome! Love the cookies, nice and warm.
I enjoyed my visit tonight at insomnia, Amelia was very sweet and helpful. Steven the manager was amazing friendly. The place was clean and had great customer service. I will definitely come back.
