The girl with green hair needs to be fired or needs to be retrained. She’s never been training her life. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen stood there for 15 minutes without even acknowledging me while she skipped me in line multiple times until I had to speak up, please reprimand her and let her know to step her ability up a basic customer service and communication skills.
I always enjoy having their cookies. they are reliably warm, fresh, and delicious. The chocolate mint is absolutely my favorite choice!
While the product is technically delicious (both cookie and ice cream) the scoops are stingy half scoops. Having frequented Bruster's Ice Cream (near where I live) I know what a legitimate scoop looks like. This feels worse when you've effectively spent about $40 treating your whole family.
Got a cookie and brownie with ice cream , both cookie and brownie was not warm like it was supposed to be . It was a very disappointing experience
