Terrible experience. The Thursday night employee was condescending and negligent. After two follow-up calls and a messed-up order, I still never received my cookies. He’s in the wrong business—zero accountability and even less respect for customers.
Rip off. They now give you the smallest scoops of ice cream to save on costs.
Was planning to come grab some stuff from this place that said it was open and closes at 12 am but I guess they close up whenever they like..
Staff were great. Place was clean. Cookies were yummy. But ice cream was bad. I mean, it didn’t taste bad but like in terms of ice cream it was really mid. Dad got vanilla and he said that it’s hard to mess up vanilla but they somehow managed to do that. Also the purple s’mores flavored ice cream looks really yummy but tastes not yummy
