My husband took me to insomnia cookies for the first time today because he told me it was the best cookies he's ever had and to be honest with you. The reason why l gave it a three stars is because for starters we got the chocolate chip cookies and it didn't taste fresh. We also got the sugar cookies out of all of them was the best one. Good variety but the cookies aren’t great. The flavor was good but they were so undercooked that they were just dough. So much so you can’t pick the cookie up, it just breaks apart into pieces of dough. I love an undercooked, chewy cookie as much as the next person but I ordered a cookie, not dough. Not what I wanted, and not appetizing. Disappointed.
