Ashley is so sweet. Had a really big group and she was all alone with no break but got through our group quickly while giving deals to lower the big price. Management has gotten better because of her 😁
The staff here is just rude and careless. If you hate your job then quit. The heavy set girl with the glasses threw my ice cream cookie sandwich together with no effort and it was just a crumbled mess. Then instead of handing it to me she left it on the counter, walked away then just pointed at like “there”. She was attitudinal during the whole interaction. The ice cream was good, the cookie was not. Won’t be coming back.
Unhappy staff
I was picking up a DoorDash order tonight and had a very disappointing experience. When I walked in, no one greeted me or gave any direction on where to stand to pick up the order. There were two other people waiting for pick-up orders too, and none of us were acknowledged. One staff member, a woman with glasses, continued to ignore us. When another customer politely asked about his order, she told him she needed to focus on the ‘paying customers in store.’ and for all of us to stand away on the other side of the room.
