Had the best interaction and customer service by Travis !! He went above and beyond to get me what I wanted . I called to ask about a flavor that’s not posted on the website . He told me that he’d check the freezer and give me a call back after he took care of customers in the store . Travis called me back quickly and turns out they had the flavor I wanted . I placed my online order and picked up. Thanks again Travis !
Cookies very yummy, unfortunately the staff wasn’t great at that time
The staff here always seem miserable and uninterested in helping people. It’s uncomfortable every time I visit. On my last trip, the employee wouldn’t even acknowledge me—I stood right in front of her and she completely ignored me. I asked if she was ready to take my order, and she still didn’t say a word. I ended up walking out. Terrible experience.
