I was so excited in finally getting to try some Insomnia Cookies but, unfortunately, it did not happen. The night of May 18 around 12:15AM, my partner and I were waiting in line. We got a deluxe box of 6, including one brownie. Insomnia cookies are cooked to perfection! Goey in the middle (like fall apart gooey) but somehow crispy on the outside (and not just the edges). The salted caramel and confetti cookies were our favorites. the PB cup was very peanut buttery and an absolute delight.
No way I paid almost $6 for a stale ass brownie. I wasn’t even greeted properly or thanked for my purchase.
