Man I hate leaving a bad review and the guys in the store were nice but the level of customer service was diabolically low went in to get the buy 4, get 2 deal. First asked if I could buy a DELUXE (more expensive than a regular) and 3 regular and they said no. Most miserable experience I’ve had in a cookie shop. I order a cookie cake and select that I want to pick it up at 8:00. Then when I walk in to pick up my cake, the workers start making it from scratch. I then sit there for 45 minutes watching them make the cake in front of me. Absolutely pitiful. When I say I want to pick up a cake at 8, I should have it in my hands at 8. The manager should be fired.
I was really disappointed with my experience here. I paid $7 for a “double scoop” of ice cream, but the portion was shockingly small—easily the smallest serving I’ve received anywhere for that price. It felt like poor value overall. The cookies were fine, but not warm, and nothing special enough to justify how expensive everything is. There are definitely better options out there for both quality and portion size.
