Walked in for the first time late Monday night and had the most pleasant experience. The worker was very kind and she had exemplary customer service as well as recommended options for me. The cookies and brownies were a delight ! I’m a fan now.

I ordered 200 cookies, spent $500, and half my cookies were missing. When I called to let them know, the worker told me I was wrong, she had personally handed them to me (even though she wasn't working when I picked them up), and she would not make the other 100 for me. Yeah, lady, I just spent $500 on cookies and I'm totally trying to scam you for 100 free cookies. I've never been treated so rudely in my life.
