I had a really frustrating experience with Insomnia Cookies. They accepted my order less than an hour before closing, gave me the impression everything was fine, and then canceled it without ever attempting delivery. If you’re not able to fulfill orders that close to closing time, then don’t accept them in the first place. It’s misleading and honestly just poor service.
