I was craving something sweet and decided to stop by the closest spot I could find . Unfortunately, the visit didn’t fully live up to expectations. Dear Insomnia Cookies+Readers, I've been to this insomnia during the day time and they typically do things right and I never have a problem but tonight I was overly disappointed. I asked my husband to go get us some cookies. A box of twelve. Small mention my husband hates chocolate chip and guess what was short in my box. Chocolate chip cookies. These cookies aren't cheap but yet here I get a box of crumbled broken up cookies and some even missing. Very disappointed in this location for the very first time.
3/16/2026 although we just had a snowstorm. My daughter n I wanted ice cream cookies. While entering insomnia cookies place empty. 1 worker, No “Welcome to Insomnia cookie. Please give me a second..No!!! This guy/girl idk.. didn’t even acknowledge us being there. The worker didn’t say NOTHING!!! We just waiting…… I wanted to say something but my daughter said mom don’t say anything… okay. So we continue to wait…. Still nothing. My daughter got irritated and left. I order a 12 pack late night. My order was missing 2 cookies. I am happy to say I called the store this morning and got my replacement cookies. Not sure if I spoke with a manager or just employee but I appreciate the good customer service.
