Tori at the Lakewood location is a gem. I had an issue with an order that wasn’t delivered. She provided me with helpful information and phone numbers to get my money back. She was patient, friendly and understanding. She even recommended the vegan cotton candy ice cream to me, something I’d probably never try on my own. Well, it’s my new favorite haha! Bad delivery service, Extremely expensive, terrible delivery that takes minimum one hour to deliver even though I live barely a mile away (if they end up delivering it which they did not the most recent time). For what they charge they gotta do better taking care of the customer. Really wanted to like this place.
