I like Insomnia Cookies. When it comes to my sweet tooth I'm a simple gal so my favorite is the vegan chocolate chunk. The vegan chocolate chunk tastes just as good as the classic chocolate chunk which is impressive to me. The staff does their job, however most of the employees haven't greeted me when I walked in. Came in and there was a group of people waiting and we were there probably around 10 minutes before the people ahead of us said they had not seen anyone yet so they called the store phone and an employee came from outside and after this outside employee came one or two more came from the back which means this whole time we were waiting there was already employees in the back that we're not helping us.
Wish there was an option for 0 stars. Stopped in for what was supposed to be a simple birthday cookie run and somehow got treated like we were interrupting a top-secret government meeting just for asking which cookies were in stock. The employee with the blue/green hair acted like answering a basic question at a cookie shop was the most inconvenient task imaginable.
