Cookies were warm and very soft. I didn't know ice cream was a part of the menu and I was intrigued by the flavors. Joe offered me a sample and was very kind.
Having being a member of Insomnia cookies rewards, the cookies are absolutely fantastic, as well the brownies. I would absolutely recommend them so any and every one of my friends.

Got a cookie cake 2 different times and both time were great! Fresh out of the oven and loaded with toppings that I requested. Great customer service and great communication.
