Order delivered to wrong address
Gave us a raw cookie, refused a replacement unless we bought something else, and spent most of the time on the phone trying to convince us the cookie isn’t raw. It was cold and mushy in the middle it was absolutely raw. This is the second time they’ve sent me a raw cookie and every time they spend more time trying to make you think it’s not raw then replacing it
The cookies were good. The customer service is horrible. We walked in and no one was in the front counter to greet us. We waited a couple minutes for someone to come to the front. I bought a 6 pack of classic cookies 2 ice creams and 1 ice cream sandwich. My 7 year old son had to use the restroom, and the employee, Seth, and Ray didn't allow him to use the restroom.
