For Gods sake can yall please just fire the blonde girl because she obviously doesnt want to be there and she is so rude and completely unfit for a job where you have to talk to customers on a constant basis. Multiple other people have complained about her and she makes the overall experience getting food there uncomfortable. Ordered through doordash and they were still warm by the time they got to me. I love insomnia cookies and they have never disappointed. Warm, soft and tasty. So glad to know there is one not too far from me.
I was eager to try some insomnia cookies today, so I chose to visit this location. As soon as I entered, a young woman with blonde hair was at the front register, sighing loudly, as if she was unhappy to see customers. I inquired about a chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich, and she rudely responded that there were no chocolate chip cookies available. How can a cookie shop not have chocolate chip cookies? I certainly do not recommend visiting this location unless you are looking for some attitude along with your cookies.
