I had a disappointing experience at Insomnia Cookies. I went in to order a 6-pack of classic cookies and asked if I could include a s’mores deluxe cookie. The employee helping me was rude and immediately told me I couldn’t add it because it’s considered a deluxe cookie. What’s frustrating is that I’ve done this exact same order at the downtown location before with no issue at all. I got my cookies and they were practically raw, one actually to the point I could reshape it into a ball of dough, and in the bottom of one of my cookies I found a piece of steel wool.
