The employee who helped us could not have cared less that we were there and obviously had better things to do. The cookies were supposed to go in gift bags but were all different sizes and a little hard which made things awkward, so we just went to Crumble cookie instead. The cookies were delicious.
The cashier acted so annoyed that she had customers. Literally rolling her eyes as she walked out from the back. We asked for gluten free cookies. She said they were out, so we decided to go somewhere else (celiacs), and she said, "well, it's gonna take a long time bc they just shipped in". We said we're happy to wait. Waiting isn't a big deal, but having someone act extremely annoyed to have customers is weird. Will not be returning to this location. Store manager Ny works really hard whenever she is in bakery she gave her multiple suggestion on types of cookies that she loved and really knew how to make sure myself and family had a great visit. She was super friendly
Every single time the same lady is there, and she seems to be the only one working the front. She doesnt care at all about the quality of the cookies. We told her after we reviewed our order that all of the cookies were hard, and she didn’t seem to care. It was gonna take almost 30 minutes for fresh cookies, which all of their cookies should be fresh from the start. But they bake them and probably let them sit for hours until someone orders.
