This place is no good... they do delivery through door dash but have no way of tracking your order...waste of time
This location always has people waiting 15 to 20+ minutes PAST pick up time for ANY order I’ve ever place including orders my brother had placed before.. not sure why it takes so long every single time but it’s ridiculous and unprofessional. They aren’t even busy half the time we have to wait.. make cookies and have them ready?? Not pleasant ordering from here! Looks to STILL be an ongoing issue too.. please improve.
I came to insomnia cookies for their deluxe caramel cookie and the worker had told me it would be a few minutes because they were baking. No problem right? I wait for the cookie and she says I should wait a few minutes because it’s hot. I go back to my car and wait a few minutes and when I finally pull it apart it falls to pieces and it’s raw, raw cookie dough.
