"I want cake" "looks like there's a cookie place open nearby" - and 15-20 minutes later warm, delicious cookies appeared at our door. Service was great, too.
Always had a friendly service even when they're busy. Cookies are nice and soft and go great with the ice cream

The gentlemen that attended me and the person I was with, was so kind and very attentive! He explained some of the menu items to us with such detail made me feel so comfortable and not rushed like a lot of other places in Albuquerque for being young he had amazing customer service! And the cookies were delicious will be recommending to friends and family!
Raul the kid with the bandana and long hair is rude and I feel he ignores me on purpose because I’m transgender he sees me standing on the online pick up line and he will ignore me until he feels like helping me I haven’t made a scene but next time I go in I’m going to make a scene if he keeps ignoring me it’s to bad because I love the cookies but some of the staff is ruining the place for some of us
