I came in tonight and Natasha helped us! She was extremely friendly and helped us get signed up for the rewards. She made it an experience that I would want to come back to!!
These cookies were honestly some of the best cookies I’ve ate. They were chewy, warm, and flavorful. Me and my roommates came here around 10:00pm. Was a little busy, but we didn’t need to wait long. Staff were nice and helpful. There are two different sizes of cookies to choose from. The smaller size is cheaper the larger size is more expensive. Would highly recommend for a quick sweet treat.
I put in a delivery for 2 12-packs and 1 6-pack of cookies and when they were delivered, I noticed that one of the 12-packs was missing. It wasn't a big deal at all -- I just gave them a quick call! Even though I assured them there was no rush, they were super apologetic and got those cookies to us ASAP! (They even threw in a couple of free cookies! Thanks so much for those!!!) The cookies were warm and delicious and everyone in the office LOVED them. We'll certainly order from Insomnia again in the future! :)
