Best random decision we ever made. We just left Escapeology (which was also 5/5) and looking for some sort of sweet treat. Not from the area. It was roughly 10, so most places were closed. We stumbled upon Insomnia Cookies on Google maps and decided to try it out. 2 of our girls and my self got different cookie'wiches. The cold scoop of delicious ice cream in between the warm, melt-in-you- mouth cookies 🥰 are to die for!
Terrible customer service. The man behind the register didn’t greet us when walking in . He mumbled something and we asked him “ what was that ?” He pointed to his earbud that he was on the phone. He was taking a personal call while on the job. We just waited there in silence while he was on the phone. We ended up leave since we weren’t being acknowledged.
Great customer service! Clean facility. Overpriced! $15 for 6 small cookies that weren't much better than break and bake from the grocery store.
I went with my disabled kid, and they made us feel wonderful. They told us about the rewards and the benefits of being a member .. love insomnia
No place to park to get into it to start they make cookies that are ok but nothing special and it's kinda expensive for what you get
