Extremely disappointed. I paid over $40 for 8 cookies. My original order was placed at 7:30 PM, and the first delivery didn’t arrive until around 8:30 PM—with 3 cookies missing and tampered packaging. One box was open, and the other was sealed with regular tape—not the sealing stickers I was told they use. I called the store immediately and was promised a redelivery. I'm not impressed. My cookie was as hard as a dog biscuit, and the cookie I bought for someone else was the size of two thumb prints. I tried to do the survey off my receipt, and it would not work! Imagine that. I won't be back, and this was my second time giving them a try! I would have been better off buying a pack of dough and baking them myself!
I walked into insomnia cookies yesterday. The guy looked at me and didn't say how are you, or I'll be with you in a minute he just walkedto the back room. I waited a few minutes and left. I want downtown businesses to be successful, but I won't go back.
Cookies were great. Unfortunately they were under staffed and we had to wait quiet a while for our cookies but the two gentlemen that were working held it together and did their very best. This location should give them a raise (this was Saturday evening if that helps narrow down who was working) The one who took our order was even working injured. Thank you for great service even if it took a while.
