Very disappointing experience. I visited this location today and ordered a deluxe cookie with ice cream to go, but the employee refused to give me a to-go box—something I’ve always received before. I had a really frustrating experience at this location today between 7:00 and 7:30 PM. I ordered a deluxe cookie with ice cream to go, and when I asked for a box, the employee refused and gave it to me on a small plate instead. The ice cream was already melting, making it impossible to carry without making a mess. What makes it worse is that my friend, who was with me, had the exact same issue. Bro who ever is in the kitchen needs to go. That’s means if your heart isn’t into baking the day you work stay home please we do not want bad batches. I do not want stale hard as a rock cookies as someone who orders from here frequently specifically on my bad days. I am expecting soft fresh cookies. Please do better. Aaron (Mr. Insomnia himself) was a heaven sent help. All of my prayers were answered when he humbly offered me the best cookie I had ever consumed. Will be coming back specifically to bask in his presence again.
