Placed an online order at 8:00 am for pick up at 12:45 pm for a class I teach. Arrived and was told it be another 20 minutes, then shorted by 2 cookies
I usually love Insomnia Cookies, but my recent visit was really disappointing. The server who helped me was extremely rude and clearly didn’t want to be there. She acted annoyed when I ordered and was short with her responses the entire time. It honestly made the whole experience uncomfortable. I get that everyone has bad days, but customer service still matters — especially at a place that’s usually so friendly. Definitely not the warm late-night cookie stop I was expecting.
