Bought a box of cookies after a night out and they wouldn’t even let us wait five min inside for our uber! Threatened to call the cops for loitering. Will never patronage there again.
Placed an order, waited an hour. Tried to call bakery like the app said. Was hung up on the first time, lied to the second time. I wanted to cancel my order and no one would help me.
Normally love Insomnia, but this location sucks. Friends and I went last night around 9:00 and were met with bad attitudes and told they were out of 7 flavors. Everytime we ordered something, someone from the back screamed “Don’t have that”. When we finally got our cookies they were sub-par. Disappointing 🤷♀️
Genuinely horrid costumer service, the cook was screaming at her new employee, cussing, Snd generally being so disrespectful
