I had heard a lot of good things about Insomnia Cookies, but we were honestly very disappointed. I ordered the S'mores cookie, and there was nothing Smores about, it was like a really bad plain chocolate chip cookie with nothing that reminded me of s'mores. My wife ordered the White Chocolate Macadamia cookie, and it also left a lot to be desired. To be honest, our daughter's homemade cookies are much better. If this is the quality a national cookie chain is serving, she shouldn't have any trouble opening her own bakery.
