Ordered through door dash and never got our order. Then tried contact the store and nobody answered the phone. We still have not gotten a refund.
2:05pm on a Thursday and they have yet another “away” sign posted. This is the 4th time I've come to this exact location and it has been closed. If I were the franchise owner, I would be concerned. Update your hours, it isn't hard.
Great service and the cookies are amazing!!!
I’ve tried to go about six times now and they always have a sign at the front saying that they stepped away for a few minutes and will be back. a little ridiculous. I feel like they might as well update their business hours to be delivery only.
Late night, they are running out of ice cream flavors and cookies. They do their best with a skeleton crew. Tastes great though. Good if flexible. But definitely a bit pricey for what you get. Awesome that they are open late.
