Insomnia Cookies is a fantastic spot for late-night treats, but what really sets them apart is their excellent customer service. I’ve been to several locations, and the staff is always incredibly friendly, efficient, and genuinely helpful. They go above and beyond to ensure a great experience, whether you're ordering in-store or getting delivery. Of course, the star of the show is the cookies, which are consistently fresh and hot. Extremely inept staff. Can never put an order together within its scheduled timeframe, and this problem gets MUCH MUCH worse when a specific employee with glasses (girl) is working at night. To make it worse, she's even rude about it 🙄 EDIT: Then I look on here and there are 4 other bad reviews about what looks like the same person!!! Snotty, rude, unprofessional, spiteful attitude.

I’ve been eating Insomnia Cookies since college and honestly, I’ve always preferred it over Crumbl. I never understood the hype with Crumbl—too much sugar, not enough actual flavor. As a peanut butter enthusiast, my go-to has always been the Peanut Butter cookie and the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup. Classics that never disappoint.
