Told me it was going to be 5-10 minutes for my 6 pack of cookies. Cool! Not a problem. Until it turned into 30 minutes while they were all giggling and talking in the back clearly not doing any sort of work. One of them was watching tik toks back there too because it was on full blast volume. The girl with a confused look on her face the entire time didn’t have any information. Wouldn’t suggest this location to anyone. I was doing some DoorDash orders and this location popped up as one of my orders. Upon arrival I was told a wait time of 10 mins. The order ended up taking so long I walked out. 40 minutes plus. The store seems to be ran by a group of teenage girls who have no priorities with actually working. Heard them laughing and playing videos to each other while I’m just standing in the lobby hoping for an update. Ordered 6 pack of cookies. Were delivered as a goopy mess not even half cooked no “cookie” at all raw dough slightly warmed up disgusting
