DO NOT order delivery if you actually expect the cookies to arrive. I’ve ordered for delivery THREE times and they said order arrived but it never did.
Very helpful staff! As a mom I had a midnight cookie crisis where my gluten free vegan dough was not setting and I needed 60 for the morning for my kids class party! Ally and Lillian were super helpful and I can’t thank them enough! Not all hero’s wear capes! Sometimes they hook up an entire class and desperate mom with delicious gluten free - vegan chocolate chip cookies! 🍪 thank you again ladies for all your help!
WARNING! Come here at your own risk. I placed an order at 9:15 pm in store, I was told it would take 15 mins for my order. The employee later comes up to me and tells me they gave my order to someone else. I told him I still wanted my order and would be willing to wait another 15 mins for it. After an hour of waiting I finally flag down that same employee only for him to tell me that he cancelled my order! He saw me waiting there that entire time. Absolutely ridiculous and incredibly unprofessional!
Was greeted by the most kind, generous, and caring employee. I have never seen someone work so diligently to get out our orders in the most efficient manner possible. She was incredibly accommodating and gave me the best selection of cookie collection!!! I will be recommending this place to everyone as everything on the menu is EXQUISITE!! Lillian was my cashier and that girl deserves a raise!!!
I have been here many times, but today was the cherry on top of my love for this place!! Amazing service, and my cashier Lillian was so helpful and nice, even when it was so busy. Can't wait to go back, and hopefully she'll be working next time as well!
