I walked into the Naperville Insomnia Cookies excited to order a Super 6. This is genuinely my favorite cookie company, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I clearly told the cashier, Amari, exactly which six cookies I wanted. When I checked the receipt, I realized I had been charged for six individual cookies instead of the advertised Super 6 bundle.
