We did doordash this however we were given a very sad brookie and a very sad cookie. no utensils provided
We love their cookies for an occasional treat, but even more than that, their customer service is fantastic! I have a child with nut allergies. We asked for a nut cookie to be placed in a separate container, which they happily did. The employee also offered to go get a newly cleaned spatula to get the other cookies to avoid cross contamination. Thanks for allowing our family to have a fun and safe treat!
Me and my friends came 20 minutes prior to closing time on a monday and we were so disappointed to see that they closed 20 MINUTES EARLY. We were so excited to get our hands on the megan sugar cookie along with many other delicious treats. The whole point of insomnia cookies is that its open late at night so this is very disheartening.
