I go to Institution at least once a week and they never disappoint. Love everything on the menu but can't wait until they bring back Imperial Dissonance.
On a 10 day road trip all over Cali, stopped in here after being in the car for 7+ hours and found one packed place, an outstanding staff and down right tasty Ale's. We were amazed how much local support they get, I lost count of how many growlers got filled in our short visit. If you are in the area go pay a visit and grab a pint. Every beer in out tasting flight was great, and the White IPA is superb!!
I think the best micro brew in Ventura County. And I have 2 Growlers that prove it.
