Very grateful for Rob and Maddy. Rob, who I dealt with most throughout the process was knowledgeable very responsive and always willing to help with my many questions. He had a suitable tenant lined up before the property even went live, and although the timing didn’t quite work out, he had another one in place within a few days of the listing going live. This has been one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time.

Rob and Maddy were a pleasure to work with from the outset. There has always been consistent communication throughout the process of finding tenants for our property. They provided helpful advice, and yet were receptive and respectful to our suggestions and queries. They worked to ensure the tenants were appropriate for the property. It has been a smooth process with Insite.
