Friendly polite staff. MRI is wide open providing much comfort. Tech was also friendly and helpful. UPDATE: The receptionist Nuñez was helpful in getting me the results of the MRI. The Medical Records is abysmal. They hung up on me I suspect after seeing my # on the caller ID because after 1 week they had not transmitted the results to the portal.
Worst MRI I have ever had. The whole machine shook me while being scanned. Do not even know how they got a “good” scan. Waiting room was much to be desired. Front desk woman just on the verge of being rude and would not take my insurance information. I wonder how they are going to get paid! When you get in the back it’s very clean (which is why I gave them 1 star). Tech really didn’t talk much and didn't have answers to questions. I will NEVER be back here again.
