My doctor was sending a referral for a mri w/contrast. She was sending the that day. I explained to the nurse that I needed to have this done by Friday as I was starting a new job. She rudely said she didn’t get the referral and that they didn’t do contrast on Friday. Very rude and short with me. They lost money I called my doctor and switched my referral to Simon Med
The staff was very helpful understanding and patient my MRI felt like heaven
I have severe anxiety and the staff made me feel so comfortable. They let me play music over the intercom in the room. And it was so much cheaper than any other place I’ve been to. Decor was beautiful. Best imaging center I’ve ever been too
