The company signed on to manage our office condo business park in the South End. They did not manage at all but administered instead and did that poorly. Signed agreements with landscape companies ( which we never saw) that were to our disadvantage. Inspected our property infrequently and did not get most of the vendors they signed up with, to do what they were supposed to do on a timely basis.
