Laura has been FANTASTIC helping us through the process of finding our perfect home. She showed us both the 1 and 2 bedroom and was so kind and personable. I have never had a better apartment tour experience. We fell in love with this place. The balconies are so beautiful and the high ceilings make the space feel so huge. Way too expensive. I understand they are considered "luxury". However, The reason we moved to Plymouth was to stop paying $1400 a month in rent. I'll go back to lake shore drive in Chicago and pay $1400 before this. Sorry.
While visiting a friend I noticed how horribly built and maintained the property is for being brand new. I also heard that they have no on site management nor maintenance. For the price that my friend pays you would expect better equipped units. Particle Board Cabinets and black kitchen appliances appear to be bought from A discount warehouse. Very disappointed with the City for entrusting funds with a self serving developer.
Very disappointing that Plymouth did not make affordable rentals a priority first.
Breathtaking views, and the patios facing the park give you all the musical enjoyment minus the crowds!!!
