Have installed 100s of these as plumbing contractor here in Chicagoland as we like their products. Lately, their products come defective from the box, called corporate to ask for some sort of minimum compensation for wasting my guys’ times to go back and forth to the store to exchange and corporate was not willing to do anything. Very disappointed and we will stop recommending them to our customers, you have to be responsible for the product that you put on the market.

I never thought I would review a garbage disposal but it impressed me today. The overload protector kept tripping. After about 30 minutes of troubleshooting, I discovered a mangled metal spoon blocking one of the blades. I removed the spoon and the disposal still works well! I'm grateful the safety measure protected my disposal and that it was strong enough to defeat the invading silverware.
