They built a maze in the Cardinals parking lot, for a low attendance preseason game it took me 45 minutes to move a quarter mile. My parking pass was scanned three different times if that tells you anything about this company’s ability to plan and manage an event. Horrible job at State Farm! Hope they hire someone else in the future.

Total incompetence managing Cardinals Game parking. Waited an hour in a trapped lot with one exit. Many people tried to talk to Insignia staff to open second exit. No one able to make decisions. After an hour, game attendees opened up second exit. Total failure and waste of time, gas, etc.

As an applicant I cannot recommend this company. HR is never in the office, probably because they only have one consultant. Voicemails are never returned. I applied to this company for two jobs. One of which I had 2 years of experience in as well as a college degree related to the field. I applied on the 27th of September of 2023. To be a pursuant applicant I called their office every so often checking in on the status of my application. This amounted to 5 phone calls over the course of 1 month, only one was answered.
