Rene at the Dodgers/Rockies game last night saved us! The parking lots are not marked at all. We went to the wrong one and couldn’t find our car. Rene picked us up in a golf cart and drove us around until we got to the right lot and found our car. He was amazing—so nice and he figured out we were in the wrong place. Thank you Rene for being so nice! Please tell them to mark the parking lots! They are completely unmarked.

This event for fiesta bowl parking was very dangerous for staffing...expected to stand in traffick and scan tickets or direct crowds of pedestrians. It was potential hypothermia in weather all sorts of danger to emergency service personnel...if they have a taxation problem they should install automated toll booths not kill with tourism I honestly don't know how I wasn't injured.
This event was dangerously mismanaged. The staff and management were disorganized and unprofessional, creating an unsafe environment with zero crowd control. Miscommunication among employees led to confusion, frustration, and chaotic lines, with people pushing, cutting, and converging from every direction. Terrible management. Failed to prevent a mob of thousands from cutting front of people who had been waiting in line for hours already. Staffers didnt try anything to stem the proplem. We saw them sit down & scroll on their phones instead. Absolutely unacceptable.
