Writing this as a renter who's lived here for 3 years. The building is top notch - great amenity spaces (fantastic and huge gym), concierge are all extremely friendly. I order hundreds of packages a year and they have never lost a single piece. There are definitely more rules than I've experienced vs an apartment, but in return, the building is extremely safe (once accidentally left my car's trunk open overnight and nothing was taken).
