First time seeking therapy for myself after a traumatic experience at work. I’d dealt with a couple of others through my EAP that didn’t work out. I have never sought therapy before now. While trying to do so many things including developing a business, I thought it would be an opportune time to engage with a therapist to work through pitfalls that come with perfectionism.
