Amazing experience! I had a fantastic experience at Insights Optical. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient from the moment I walked in. The eye exam was thorough, and the optometrist took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. They have a great selection of frames, and the team was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect pair. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-tier eye care!

Great experience at Insights Optical. All of the staff were welcoming and friendly. Bella, (the tech), the young lady that performed the initial testing was very kind and patient. She took time to answer my questions. Dr. Short gave me a thorough exam, my eyes had changed significantly It’s awesome to see the improvement of my vision with the new prescription. Maddy, another nice young lady, helped me pick out frames and explained the payment options I will certainly be recommending Insights Optical to others
Great experience at this eye doctor office. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Zach was very informative during the exam and provided a through examination. I didn't feel rushed at all. I have been to eye doctor offices where I felt like I was inconveniencing them when I struggled between picking which "number is better". If you know, you know.Dr. Zach didn't make me feel that way.
