They diagnosed me about two years ago when their door handles were on backwards. They invited me to attend therapy just to inform me that I've been too traumatized to get therapy from their therapist. Then they hire a trauma therapist who didn't stay very long. Now I'm being refused assistance for the doctor who diagnosed me with a life disability starting she will sign a letter stating that she diagnosed me with a life disability. I've had two negative interactions with Insights. We took my child for testing for ASD. Although his evaluation found clinically significant results for hyperactivity and executive functioning challenges, they never mentioned potential ADHD concerns. This part is my fault, but I misunderstood that they would have said something so I assumed he could not have ADHD, so it delayed his treatment by two years, which can be life-changing.
