Overcharged me by $2000 claiming my insurance isn't excepted even though my insurance paid them. Extremely disrespectful and out of line. Avoid at all cost
This place diagnosed my son about a year ago, and I had no problem with the doctors. It was all the billing and office management that was dishonest. They made us pay $400 to get the diagnosis, and they said that was all we would be charged. That was fine. But then a few months later we randomly got charged on our card for another $300 out of nowhere and unauthorized. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE....do yourself a favor and avoid this place. If I could give them 0 (or even negative) stars on this review, I would. Their product and doctors are ok--just BE CAREFUL of their billing. I am an honest parent with an adopted son from Russia, whom we suspect was born with FASD due to his neuropsych issues. They diagnosed me about two years ago when their door handles were on backwards. They invited me to attend therapy just to inform me that I've been too traumatized to get therapy from their therapist. Then they hire a trauma therapist who didn't stay very long. Now I'm being refused assistance for the doctor who diagnosed me with a life disability starting she will sign a letter stating that she diagnosed me with a life disability.
