Was looking for a childhood therapist for a 4 year old within my Network of Anthem. The onboarding and responsiveness throughout the holidays was very professional and fast. They texted me and then emailed me the information and availabilities to make a time work for my schedule.

I had high hopes for this practice after a great initial session with my therapist. Unfortunately, my second session was very disappointing. Instead of diving into any therapeutic work, the majority of the session was spent trying to find a future appointment that would work for both of us. Ultimately, we couldn’t align on a time, and the session ended early without any meaningful progress. I was further frustrated when I was charged for the session despite not receiving any therapy.
