Dr. Fullbrook works both, passively for long term coping skills, and is effectively direct for your immediate needs. Mental health is a fragile navigation and I felt like he guided my path. Dr. Tom is a wonderful therapist! I love that he doesn’t just listen but suggests resources that help you get insight into your situation and even though you may not be able to change your situation, he guides you to make changes that help. He has saved me from the edge!
