Before I met David I was very weary of therapy due to negative past experiences but he changed my perspective for the absolute better. I have been seeing him for about 5 years and he’s helped me process past sexual trauma, addiction, depression, and general anxiety disorder. I couldn’t recommend Insightful Beginnings enough!

David is a compassionate caring and quite brilliant Counselor. He’s able to analyze information and then direct clients on a path of healing, thinking, decision-making and self insight. He makes clients feel very comfortable, even when some of the subjects and matters at hand are difficult. He also has a direct style that helps you get to the point. Such an amazing counselor! If you’re looking for someone to help you see your life and relationships in an entirely different light, don’t hesitate to book an appointment. I can’t believe how much my life has changed for the better. Don’t get me wrong, it’s hard work. But so very worth it!
