Having lasik at Insight Vision Group has been one of the best experiences I have had. The front desk was extremely welcoming and caring, they calmed my nervous with getting this procedure. While the techs worked me up for this procedure, they gave the best customer care and were reassuring through the entire process. You can tell the doctors and the staff really enjoy what they do! From check in to check out they really listen to your needs and offer multiple vision solutions. There is a wide variety of glasses and sunglasses at an affordable price! No insurance? No problem! They offer great Self Pay discounts! I highly recommend this practice.
InSight Vision Group is by far the best group of Doctors I have ever come across. They provide excellent service! I would highly recommend this group for any eye care needs. Absolutely wonderful!! Special mention to Dr. Teresa Carlson who took great care of me and provided outstanding care. She educated me and explained the amazing technology they have to offer. :)
I am an anxious person and there is nothing calming about getting eye surgery. However, these guys literally held my hand through the process and have stood by me every step of the way. I hope to never have LASIK again but, if I ever do need it, I would absolutely sit back down in their chair. They are the best! Thank you Dr. Lee, Dr. Johnson, the entire team at Insight LASIK, Dr. Wolford and crew at Third Avenue Eyecare in Longmont.
Dr. Carlson was absolutely awesome!! Came out to help me off hours on labor day weekend, and was extremely courteous and delightful. Highly recommend this place to anyone!!
I had my procedure yesterday and the initial results are good. The pre-op preparation with staff members including Dr. Jackson and Dr. Lee was helpful. The actual surgery experience was not so great. The surgeon was "stern" when I had difficulty moving the second eye into position--after the numbing drops, gee imagine that. It took me a couple of tries to get the second eye into position. Dr. Johnson and his staff are great. After 3 years, I'm still very happy with the results of my ICL surgery. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
