The only positive is that the eye exam was thorough. I never imagined that it would take almost 7 weeks for my daughter to get her glasses. They are regular glasses with tint. Sadly I will not return after we get her glasses next week.
This is such a great office! Working in the office field myself I appreciate great customer service from the front of the office to the back. I was thoroughly impressed with everyone's welcomness and kindness! I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you all!
Just went in for my eye appointment today and I must say the staff was very friendly and nice. The lady who took care of me was very polite and friendly and was very relatable! Great customer service and environment! I'm very pleased and looking forward to my next visit as soon as possible! I would definitely recommend Dr. Hanson's office any day for getting your eyes checked!
A big thanks to Dr. Mark for his help today! A member of our family was in need of some eye care and he was very helpful. Very professional and knowledgeable. I've known Mark for many years now and have appreciated his friendship. But, now I have a deeper respect for the caliber of work he does. Went for a new patient exam today and what a wonderful experience!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful, made me feel very comfortable as well. I loved that they took their time with me and explained things. I truly appreciated the care and consideration given to me. I can highly recommend their office- in fact my daughter already has an appointment made! Thank you so much!!
I just got my new glasses from Dr. Hanson's a week ago. I love the fit of my frames and how they look. I would highly recommend his office!
