Amazing animal hospital! Staff are kind and compassionate. The vets updated me about my seriously ill cat every 12 hours and let me know progress and next steps. My cat received excellent and ultimately life saving treatment. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
We had a very good experience at Insight. Our local vet called Insight and arranged for us to be seen asap so our dog could get an urgently needed blood transfusion. They took him back right away and were very communicative with us during his two day stay. Doctors De La Cruz, Aguilar, and Nola were kind, patient, understanding, and they listened to our concerns. This facility really helped me deal with the death of my kitten. At the time that I brought her in she was hit by a car and by the time I got her there, she passed away in my arms. However I didn’t know that until they brought me in the back to give me the information. But my main thing I wanted to share was they actually sent me a beautiful car and her paw prints sending their condolences. They have no idea how much that meant to me. Malpractice? Perhaps. Inhumane? Absolutely MALPRACTICE: We took our dog in on a Sunday because an incision had opened. We provided the vet with her recent medical records which included information about the incisions. There were two; one for Spaying and one for the removal of foxtails in her abdomen. The vet closed the incision for the foxtail telling us they reclosed the incision for the Spay. Mind you the incision for the foxtail was never to be closed up, in case there were more foxtails.
