Today 05/03/2026 at 8:11pm I called to confirm the correct login for my zoom upon calling Mr about to get slapped had the audacity to call me stupid not only did he call me stupid he wanted to argue me down I will be filing discrimination charges against him & if I miss my appointment because of him it’ll be more charges filed with this company as a person with a disability you should never call someone stupid especially as a Man mr. Fitzgerald I hope you see this message
Mr Fitzgerald needs to choose another job that he loves. Horrible attitude, my insurance is calling to confirm the operation so that I can receive transportation for my Monday meetings, he is telling her that the office is closed at 7, and my meeting doesn't start until 7. Then when I call he gives me horrible attitude and hangs up continously. This is his second time behaving like this. Very disheartening
