This place is fantastic. I've been to a lot of tattoo and piercing shops and I can say that this place makes me feel immediately comfortable. Bob is a great guy and the staff is friendly and professional. They take the time to address concerns and answer questions and do quality work. Thank you Bob!
Was JUST tattoo'd by Memo & I must say...extremely impressed! A few coworkers and I are visiting Chicago (from Sarnia Ontario Canada) for a conference & decided to get tattoos/piercings. Insight had the best reviews and ratings and - absolutely lived upto their name... Memo was professional, careful, attentive & made us feel comfortable! Kudos Memo... My soon-to-be 8 year old daughter had her ears pierced today at Insight. She was anxious, a little scared but Bob was awesome - patient, calm & put her at ease. It's the only place I'll take my kids.
Went to Insight on the recommendation of my tattoo artist & my experience far exceeded my expectations! I went to Insight to buy new plugs and stretch my ears, Santi facilitated my entire experience and he was EXCEPTIONAL. Santi is very professional & incredibly knowledgeable of his craft. I would highly recommend Santi for any of your piercing needs/wants & I, too, will def be returning for more in the future!!

Liked the atmosphere. It was clean and welcomeing. The piecer Bob was really nice and gentle. Giving it four instead of five because my jewelry fell out right afterwards and I lost the piercing.
This place has an awesome Body Piercer, Bob Jones and an amazing Tattoo artist, Memo Espino. Why go anywhere else?!??!?!
I had an excellent experience at Insight! Memo Espino did a redo on a poorly done existing tattoo that had been done at a different studio. He did a wonderful job, and my new tattoo is healing beautifully. I can't wait to go back for more. The studio itself was really nice and the staff was very friendly. Thanks Memo. You are a brilliant artist.
