I cannot stress enough what a wonderful and helpful program Insight is and I'm not sure I can fully capture it with words. Between a dedicated, compassionate care team and the welcoming atmosphere of the Insight community, I think I ended up in one of the best places I possibly could have to recover from my work burnout, OCD, and trauma. Phenomenal experience, would highly recommend. Staff was professional. I went for about 9 weeks. Had a phenomenal experience and learned a ton. I did yoga, started a meditation practice, and felt like a new man when I finished the program. Extremely supportive staff. Great environment. I commuted from Wilmington, MA and went to center around 2 days a week or so. Sometimes more, sometimes less. Staff was great. Would highly recommend.
