High quality support staff for our child. Our child/ youth saw two clinicians here over the years, including when it was called Norfolk Psychological Services. Their wait times can be long for some services. As I say to all support services, please ensure all staff have training on autism and neurodiversity.
We came to Insight after a SERT teacher recommended them. Now, we have just completed our third assessment with Marian Mainland at Insight, and I cannot thank her enough for what she has done for our family. Marian has such a gentle demeanour and way with kids that really made them comfortable during the assessments they completed. I hired Gwen Dutrizac for my kids. She is an absolute nightmare. She tells me to help the kids "trust her", but she is rotten to the core in everyway. Document everything. And don't give any money to people and places that pathologize innocent and healthy children. I feel sorry for children that come to this hell that is Insight Psychology.
