I decided to hire Mr. Chandler to perform an inspection prior to purchasing my first home. I live alone so making sure the house was in good shape was a major concern for me. He explained and helped me understand the issues he found. The final report was very thorough. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends who are also preparing to purchase homes. Richard did an excellent job and wrote a very complete report, went up and examined roof and air condition and heater units, and made sure they were all working properly. As well provided some recommendations regarding some of the self repairs needed.

A Good Inspector – After researching many inspectors, richard was the only one that offered all the services I wanted. We wanted an inspector with experience, and one who used the infrared technology. We were very please with the inspection and the report was well written. The house was two years old and had many issues that we were able to get addressed.

BUYER BEWARE-SCAM Artist!!!! – BEWARE! Company is NOT at all thourough. After the inspector (RIchard) conpleted what he called an inspection, I was walking around pointing out things he had missed. Some things he did check and noted they were OK and after purchasing the home we found out differntly (like the water heater with rust on top of it-obviously he didn't look on top of it) Never went into the attic to look at pipes or electrical issues.
