I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at MVFP! Dr. Lee Saindon and Dr. Hudson have been kind and attentive to both my husband and me. I have even recommended this practice to my family.
obnoxious office staff - but Dr Ali is great – Office staff is disrespectful, unprofessional and downright insulting....since 2010 the people who answer the phones are surley and sound like they are sitting on a nail. I scheduled an appt with Dr Ali for my son who has been seeing Dr Ali for 3 years. My son moved to DC last year but still wanted to see Dr Ali and drove 4 hours for an appt. A Terriable Visit !!! – Yes, I agree that the people at the front desk are a disgrace to this clinic ! I was over there last Friday just to pick up my perscription from the day before that had not been called in and i was treated like a criminal and actually said if i didn't leave that she would call the police ! there was a man there that was harassing me and being very agressive and loud and she didn't say a thing to him. love this office – The staff is great. My twins were behind in shots because of there last dr. They made sure that they got up to date. There is no long wait to see the dr. They listen to what you have to say. I was very pleased when i started to take my 3 kids there. I tell everyone to take there kids there if they want a really good staff lookin after there kids heath.
Excellent Facility with Caring/Compassionate Staff – I have multiple issues I won;t get into....all legitimate severe conditions. After 3 years of my PCP refusing to refer me to Pain Management an opportunity to apply for a slot opened up. Now don't get me wrong....if you're a drug seeker.....or some type of gamer you're in for a rude awakening.... Regular urinalysis of patients......pill counts both randomly and at each scheduled appointment plus other security measures I wont get into. HOwever for the truly injured or sick... read more

TOO MANY GOOD PRACTICES TO SETTLE FOR THIS ONE – I have been a patient here for many years and am leaving and taking my whole family as I go. I kept thinking the staff would become more professional or more organized and it never happened. We have been wrongly billed and it took over a year to clear it up. we have been double inoculated because the files were incorrect..even after my insistence the shots had been administered the time before..and then they billed me for the double shots and that was never cleared up. Dr. Ali is amazing! – I have to agree that the people answering the phones are seriously clueless. However, I can tell you that Dr. Zaffar Ali is one of the best doctors I have seen. He really cares about his patients. At a time when I no longer wanted to live he really reached out to me and helped me turn my life around. Without him and his dedication to his patients I would not be here.
Great Care – I have fibro, and have extreme medicine allergies, so I am not easy to treat. The staff and Doctors listen, and CARE....I have also issues with brain function, nerve damage, bad disks, the list goes on. I don't feel like a number there, and they work with you...my only complaint is often my insurance on treatments that require preapproval is slow, yet they do stay on top of that, and is not in their hands.
